Billing

GuidMe billing is usage-based. You pay for what you use beyond the included allowance on your plan.

Where to manage billing

  1. Sign in at app.guidme.ai (or open the marketing site at guidme.ai; auth uses the app host).
  2. Open Organization > Subscription (plan and usage) or Organization > Billing (billing history and invoices).
  3. There you can:
    • View your current plan and usage
    • Review billing history and invoice links when available
    • Adjust usage limits on paid plans where that feature is enabled

Self-serve plan upgrades and card collection are handled by the billing API and Stripe; dashboard flows for checkout and payment methods may be limited in a given release—contact support if you need help changing your plan or payment details.

What counts as usage

Usage is typically based on assistant minutes (or similar units) consumed when users talk to the widget or use the assistant. Exact units are shown in the dashboard and on your plan page.

Plans

  • Free — For trying GuidMe and small teams. Includes a set amount of usage per month.
  • Pro — For growing teams. Higher included usage and additional features.
  • Enterprise — For large organizations. Custom usage and support.

Invoices and payment

  • Invoices are available in the billing area. You can download them for your records.
  • Payment is usually by card; enterprise plans may use other methods.
  • If you have questions, contact support or use the help option in the dashboard.
