1. Plans and Billing
GuidMe offers free and paid plans, including Pro and Enterprise concepts in the observed codebase. Paid billing is handled through Stripe and may include monthly or yearly plans, multi-currency pricing, usage limits, AI-minute overage, storage overage, and enterprise seat add-ons where enabled.
2. Cancellation
Paid subscriptions may be cancelled through the available billing/settings flow, Stripe customer portal if enabled, or by contacting support@guidme.ai. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access may continue until that period ends.
3. Refunds
- Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, required by a written agreement, or confirmed by GuidMe for a billing error, duplicate charge, or comparable issue.
- No automatic refund is promised for unused time, non-use, failure to configure the Service, customer error, third-party outages outside GuidMe control, or suspension for Terms violations.
- Enterprise refund or cancellation terms may differ and should be set out in the signed order form or enterprise agreement.
4. Trials, Credits, and Promotions
Trial, promotional, free-credit, or service-credit terms apply only if shown at signup, checkout, or in a signed agreement. Any public SLA/service-credit commitment should be lawyer-approved before publication.
5. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
Contact support@guidme.ai before initiating a chargeback so billing issues can be investigated. GuidMe may suspend access while a chargeback, failed payment, or payment dispute is being resolved.
