Billing
GuidMe billing is usage-based. You pay for what you use beyond the included allowance on your plan.
Where to manage billing
- Sign in at guidme.ai.
- Open Organization > Subscription (plan/usage) or Organization > Billing (payment/invoices).
- There you can:
- View your current plan and usage
- Upgrade or change plan
- Update payment method
- Download or view invoices
What counts as usage
Usage is typically based on assistant minutes (or similar units) consumed when users talk to the widget or use the assistant. Exact units are shown in the dashboard and on your plan page.
Plans
- Free — For trying GuidMe and small teams. Includes a set amount of usage per month.
- Pro — For growing teams. Higher included usage and additional features.
- Enterprise — For large organizations. Custom usage and support.

Invoices and payment
- Invoices are available in the billing area. You can download them for your records.
- Payment is usually by card; enterprise plans may use other methods.
- If you have questions, contact support or use the help option in the dashboard.
